Requirements
Budtender Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Must possess a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Strong attention to detail to accurately assist customers with product information and selections as well as handling sales transactions and maintaining inventory.
Openness to learning about cannabis products, strains, and industry trends.
Genuine interest in helping customers and addressing their needs.
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to convey product information and recommendations to customers.
Awareness of and commitment to compliance with local cannabis regulations.
Willingness to follow and enforce compliance procedures.
