About the Role
As the Head of Social Media Marketing at Happy Bud, you will be a key player in shaping and executing our social media strategy. Your role is instrumental in building and maintaining a positive online presence for our brand. Your responsibilities include:
Strategy Development:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
-Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to drive innovation in social media strategies.
Audience Engagement:
-Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
-Develop strategies to increase follower interaction, brand loyalty, and user-generated content.
Campaign Management:
-Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.
-Collaborate with other departments to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Content Creation and Curation:
-Work with the Head of Marketing to oversee the creation and curation of engaging, relevant, and shareable content across various social media channels.
-Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual elements across all social platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
-Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media performance.
-Make data-driven decisions to optimize content, posting schedules, and overall social media strategy.
Brand Advocacy:
-Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
-Develop and implement strategies to turn satisfied customers into brand ambassadors.
Crisis Management:
-Develop protocols and strategies for handling potential crises or negative social media situations.
-Act swiftly and decisively to address issues while maintaining brand reputation.
Platform Management:
-Stay informed about changes and updates on social media platforms, adjusting strategies accordingly.
-Explore new and emerging platforms to expand the brand's social media presence.
Requirements
Social Media Marketing Manager Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing successful strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Proficiency in creating engaging and shareable content across diverse social media channels.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Experience in utilizing analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Proven ability to build and engage a social media audience, fostering brand loyalty and increasing follower interaction.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation teams.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Ability to uphold and promote the values, mission, and vision of the brand through social media channels.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
Efficient project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
