Continued violations may result in permanent account suspension in accordance with our site’s rules and regulations.
***Responsible Use of Discounts and Promotions
Customers are expected to use discounts, promotions, and loyalty points responsibly and in accordance with our stated policies. Abuse or misuse of these programs may result in account suspension or termination. Any activity that appears to take unfair advantage of our loyalty program, discount system, or promotional offers may result in permanent suspension of the customer’s account.
1. No Stacking Discounts: Discounts cannot be combined. Customers may only use one discount or promotional offer per order.
2. Prices on Specials are Final: Items marked as specials or already discounted are not eligible for additional discounts. All special pricing is offered as-is and cannot be adjusted further.
3. Delivery Minimums: If discounts or rewards reduce an order total below minimum order requirements, a delivery fee will be applied at the time of delivery. The minimum threshold for free delivery is $100.
4. Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before placing it. We reserve the right to make price corrections in accordance with our discount and pricing policies.
Delivery Area
We offer delivery services within Baltimore city. Happy Bud reserves the right to refuse delivery if the provided address is outside our service area.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and may vary based on factors such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Happy Bud is not responsible for delays in deliveries.
User Liability
By using our website, you agree to take full responsibility for any illegal activity you engage in while using our services or consuming any products.
Payment Method
Currently, we only accept cash. Any future changes to payment methods will be communicated on the website.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, Happy Bud reserves the right to cancel the order and charge a redelivery fee of $25.

Subscriptions
All subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the customer. Happy Bud reserves the right to update subscription plans, pricing, promotions, and website content at any time.
